Kim Hyung-ryeol, Administrator of the Administrative City Construction Agency (ACCA), stated on the 4th, "All employees must continue their duties without wavering."

On the same day, immediately after the presidential impeachment decision was made, Kim convened an emergency executive meeting and said, "The executives must take special care to ensure that employees do not become unsettled and can work stably."

He noted that public safety concerns have increased due to recent consecutive large-scale wildfires and sinkhole incidents, and instructed, "The departments in charge of construction should thoroughly re-examine urban safety vulnerabilities and enhance safety awareness through on-site training and strengthened communication."

He also emphasized the establishment of strict public service discipline. Kim said, "All employees must strictly manage their service duties and continue to handle their work with integrity and fairness," adding, "Please ensure there is no lapse in the basic attitude expected of public officials."
