The police issued restriction notices regarding planned rallies around Acrovista in Seocho-gu, Seoul, where former President Yoon Seok-yeol's private residence is located.

The Seocho Police Station in Seoul announced on the 4th that it has restricted rallies reported by both supporters of former President Yoon and progressive civic groups to be held around Acrovista throughout April.

The police explained that this decision was made considering that the reported rally location is only 100 meters away from the Seoul Central District Court, where former President Yoon's trial is ongoing. They judged that holding rallies near the court could potentially influence the verdict.

Additionally, the police stated that they plan to issue similar restriction notices for any future rally reports near Acrovista for the same reasons.

Meanwhile, following the Constitutional Court's decision to dismiss him from office, former President Yoon is expected to leave the Hannam-dong official residence on this day and return to his Acrovista home. After being elected president, he commuted from this residence for about six months before moving into the official residence.

On the same day, some citizens supporting former President Yoon were also seen gathered around Acrovista.
