Hampyeong County, Jeollanam-do announced on the 4th that it will create the "Haneulbori Garden," a space where nature and art come together, ahead of the 27th Hampyeong Butterfly Festival.

The county will establish the Haneulbori Garden on the steps of the "Gate of Butterfly" plaza at Hampyeong Expo Park. This garden project aims to allow festival visitors to appreciate Hampyeong's natural scenery up close and to enhance its appeal as an ecological tourist destination.

The Haneulbori Garden will be designed as a tiered garden featuring green barley fields and four-leaf clovers symbolizing good luck, creating a space where visitors can make special memories in harmony with nature.

In particular, various photo zones and sculptures will be installed along the layers of the barley field on the plaza steps, offering a variety of sights and interactive experiences.

Additionally, the "Gate of Butterfly" plaza, a landmark of Hampyeong Expo Park, will feature attractions such as a photo album photo zone, a wedding photo zone, festival big letters, and sculptures, providing visitors with diverse sights and enjoyable memories.

County Governor Lee Sangik said, "The Gate of Butterfly plaza is connected to the Nabijuchajang (the second parking lot), which has the largest parking area among the three festival entrances, making it highly accessible. It is also a place where visitors can enjoy various sculptures along with the natural scenery of the nearby Hampyeongcheon. We will continue to maintain the Expo Park and develop it into Hampyeong's representative ecological tourist destination."
