On the 4th, the day of the impeachment trial verdict for President Yoon Seok-yeol, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon urged, "Above all, establish a tight cooperation system with the police, firefighters, public officials, and medical staff to deploy all capabilities to prevent any casualties."

Mayor Oh conveyed this during the 'Impeachment Rally Safety Measures Meeting' held at 10 a.m. in his office. The meeting was attended by the 1st and 2nd Deputy Mayors for Administration, the Deputy Mayor for Political Affairs, heads of the Disaster and Safety Office, Transportation Office, Autonomous Police Committee, Citizen Health Bureau, Digital City Bureau, and Fire and Disaster Headquarters.

Mayor Oh said, "Based on real-time reports from the 120 Dasan Call Center, please prepare thoroughly to enable immediate response to changes in crowds and situations," adding, "In urgent situations, a scientific approach appropriate to the circumstances must take priority, and efforts should be made to manage crowd dispersion and flexible movement."

The city has deployed 2,400 on-site response personnel in major crowd-dense areas in preparation for rallies taking place across various locations. As of 10:30 a.m., Anguk Station and Hangangjin Station have been closed to prevent crowd congestion, and trains are passing through without stopping.
