Actor and Writer Cha In-pyo's Special Lecture: "What Does a Day Mean to You?"

Special Lecture at Guro Community Center on May 7
Recruiting 300 Participants on a First-Come, First-Served Basis Starting from the 7th

Guro District Office (Mayor Jang In-hong) announced that it will hold the 'Guro Lifelong Learning Distinguished Lecture' at the Guro Community Center on May 7.


Actor and writer Cha In-pyo will give a lecture titled "What Does One Day Mean to You?" as the speaker for this special lecture.


Cha In-pyo, who debuted as the 22nd MBC public recruitment talent in 1993, is a popular broadcaster widely known to the public through various programs such as "Neighbors' Husbands" and "Tokpa-won 25 o'clock." He is also a writer who has authored numerous books, including "If We Ever Looked at the Same Star," and was the first Korean writer invited to the 1st UK Oxford Korean Literature Festival in 2024.


The district plans to recruit 300 students on a first-come, first-served basis starting from the 7th.


Anyone interested can participate for free, and applications can be made through the Guro Lifelong Learning Center website or via the QR code on the promotional poster.


If online application is difficult, applications can be made by phone to the Education Support Division of the district office.


Jang In-hong, Mayor of Guro District, said, "This lecture will be a valuable time to reflect on the values and importance of communication that we easily forget in our daily lives," and added, "We hope many residents will show interest and participate."
