Support Including Psychological Counseling and Emergency Care
The Imsil-gun Family Center in Jeonbuk announced on the 3rd that it will launch this year's first "On-Gajok-Bodeum Project."
The On-Gajok-Bodeum Project is a customized service initiative aimed at families facing unexpected crises or experiencing social and economic difficulties. It provides ongoing counseling and case management to help restore family functions and strengthen emotional and economic self-reliance.
Through this project, various tailored services will be offered, including psychological and emotional counseling, emergency care and child-rearing support, family function restoration programs, social independence support, and linkage to local community resources.
In particular, the project plans to actively support diverse households such as single-parent families, grandparent-grandchild families, adolescent parents, single-person households, and multicultural families by dispatching Bodeum Managers to provide practical assistance.
The county expects that this project will promote communication among family members, support psychological and emotional stability, prevent family breakdown, and contribute to the formation of healthy family relationships.
County Governor Sim Min stated, "This project provides practical support to families in urgent need and, as it is being implemented for the first time in the county, we plan to operate it thoroughly by reflecting various local opinions," adding, "We will continue to provide ongoing support for families in crisis."
