Ulsan Ulju County announced on the 3rd that it will begin a road construction management plan service this month to ensure systematic and efficient road construction and management.
The road construction management plan is a statutory plan established every five years under the "Road Act" to provide urban residents with transportation benefits and smooth traffic flow. This service is being promoted to establish a comprehensive road network plan and detailed execution plan.
The plan aims to: △ meet traffic demand in response to changes in urban conditions, △ create a safe and convenient road traffic environment centered on citizens, △ build a balanced road network by connecting different regions, △ improve congestion on commuter roads and create a road environment closely tied to daily life, △ provide pleasant road services focused on citizens, and △ realize safe and future-oriented roads.
An Ulju County official stated, "Through this service, we will establish a comprehensive road network plan and detailed execution plan that take into account future traffic volume, project feasibility, and economic efficiency," adding, "We will do our best to systematically construct and manage roads so that Ulju residents can use them safely and conveniently."
