The Paju Dynamic Digital Education Support Group is composed of 44 elementary and secondary school teachers with rich experience, aimed at supporting effective teaching and learning using digital technology in the era of digital transformation and fostering teacher growth for digital-based instructional changes.
The Paju Office of Education operates the Daum, Ieum, Nanum, and Mix (Collaboration) projects to strengthen digital-based teacher competencies that lead the way with student-tailored education. The Paju Dynamic Digital Project is planned to unfold as follows.
The Digital Daum Project will provide training to build understanding and consensus on digital-based future education, while the Digital Ieum Project will support training for stakeholders to create an environment for digital-based educational innovation. The Digital Nanum Project will support innovative digital-based instruction with inclusiveness, and the Digital Mix (Collaboration) Project will share outcomes through the operation of digital-based educational innovation learning communities and networks.
The Paju Office of Education will continuously support the activities of the Paju Dynamic Digital Education Support Group to create an environment where everyone can equally experience digital education and to develop teacher competencies that can maximize students' potential through innovative learning methods.
Jeon Seon-a, Superintendent of the Gyeonggi-do Paju Office of Education, stated, “Through the launch of the Paju Dynamic Digital Education Support Group, we expect to shift the paradigm of digital education and support teachers' digital competencies to realize customized education for all, tailored to each student's level and needs.”
