The city plans to operate a donation booth to help wildfire victims at the festival venue, which will be held along the Osancheon Stream behind the Osaek Culture and Sports Center.

Hosted and organized by the Osan Small Business Association, this market will feature about 30 teams of local small business owners and social economy enterprises showcasing various products such as handmade crafts, coffee, desserts, and fruits. The city arranged the venue so that visitors can naturally participate in local win-win consumption. Considering the nationwide wildfire disaster, the city will scale down the event somewhat but will set up and operate a picnic zone and a cherry blossom photo zone in one corner of the venue.

The festival will also feature a planned performance called 'Day with Performances.' As part of the 8th term mayoral pledge projects, 'Day with Performances' will be held every Saturday from April to November. On the first Saturday of each month, it will take place at Osan Station Plaza; on the second and fourth Saturdays, at Goindol Park; and on the third Saturday, at Malgeumteo Park.

Lee Gwon-jae, Mayor of Osan City, said, "I hope this event will provide a small boost to the local economy and lead to sharing that helps neighbors affected by the wildfires."
