Nonghyup Distribution, which operates Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, announced on the 2nd that it will begin selling the spring representative seafood, 'female flower crab.' Female flower crabs accumulate a lot of nutrients in spring before preparing to spawn, so their roe and meat are full and their flavor reaches its peak. A Nonghyup Distribution official said, "Soy sauce marinated crabs made with female flower crabs full of roe before spawning in spring have a great umami taste," adding, "They are low in fat, light, and easy to digest, making them enjoyable for people of all ages."
