Codit announced on the 2nd that its affiliated Global Policy Empirical Research Institute has published the report titled '2025 U.S. National Trade Estimate Report (NTE): Evaluation and Response Strategies.'
The report covered the '2025 U.S. National Trade Estimate Report (NTE Report)' released by the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) on the 1st Korea time, and comprehensively analyzed the NTE report's tone and key issues, as well as strategic response directions for the government, National Assembly, and industry.

The institute stated, "The NTE report broadly defines trade barriers as 'government laws, regulations, policies, or practices, including non-market government policies and practices that distort or weaken fair competition,'" adding, "The U.S. government’s demands for fair market access may intensify going forward."
The report also emphasized strategies for proactively responding to U.S. trade pressures in the mid- to long-term, including ▲structural understanding of changes in the trade environment and shifts in policy awareness ▲strengthening integrated response capabilities of the government and National Assembly ▲establishing proactive response systems within the industry ▲and building public-private cooperative systems for sustainable regulatory governance.
