Plans to Accelerate Growth with Customized AI Agents
Artificial intelligence (AI) company Dalpa announced on the 2nd that it has supplied SK Stoa with the 'Hazardous Product Blocking System AI Agent.'
The 'Hazardous Product Blocking System AI Agent' developed by Dalpa precisely analyzes product similarity based on hazardous product data from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In addition to text analysis, it automatically determines image similarity to enhance inspection accuracy, enabling SK Stoa to provide customers with a safer shopping experience.
With the introduction of this system, SK Stoa is expected to significantly reduce the manpower and costs previously required for hazardous product inspections. Previously, staff had to manually verify product information one by one, but now AI replaces this process, improving both the speed and efficiency of inspections. Dalpa plans to continuously maintain the system and further advance it in collaboration with SK Stoa in the future.
Kim Do-gyun, CEO of Dalpa, stated, "Recently, there has been an explosive increase in demand for companies seeking business innovation through AI agents. This collaboration with SK Stoa is a case that solves unique problems in the home shopping industry, and we will continue to lead similar innovations across various industries."
