Jongho Park, CEO of Korea & Company, participates in the concert every month, and representatives of affiliates such as Jongseon Ahn and Sanghoon Lee, CEOs of Hankook Tire, plan to participate at least once per quarter. On this day, CEO Park said, "At the center connecting proactive culture and innovation is people, and the thoughts of all members are the most important," engaging in a passionate dialogue with participants about the holding company's innovation direction and processes.

The proactive concert, in the form of a town hall meeting started by Hankook Tire & Technology in 2013, has been conducted in small groups by organization over the past decade. Hyunbum Cho, chairman of Korea & Company Group, emphasizes this concert as "a time to communicate horizontally and sincerely with global members," highlighting the core management philosophy of 'Proactive Culture.'

Proactive Culture, which values individual initiative, execution-centeredness, and field-based approaches as core values, is evaluated as the foundation of the group's global strategy and innovations such as digital transformation and artificial intelligence transformation (DT·AX).

The concert delivers monthly key messages from organizational leaders, shares the group's mission and vision, and communicates group company news and announcements. The results of the concert will be integrated and managed as a group-level 'Execution Performance Archive.'

Yoonjung Oh, team leader of the Proactive Culture team, said, "It was planned to realize 'dialogue in the same direction,' not a one-way report from management and practitioners," adding, "We hope this will be a pleasant experiment for the entire group regarding 'communication for execution,' which Chairman Cho usually emphasizes."
