Provincial Office of Education to Actively Support Successful Project Implementation
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education announced on the 2nd that Suwon Hightech High School has been selected for the '2025 Meister High School Rejuvenation Project.'

The 'Meister High School Rejuvenation Project' is a program aimed at improving the school education environment and enhancing the sustainability of vocational education leading models. Selected schools will receive a budget of 500 million KRW.
The Ministry of Education selected three schools nationwide, including Suwon Hightech High School, out of 54 Meister high schools this year for the 'Meister High School Rejuvenation Project.'
Through this project, Suwon Hightech High School plans to strengthen curricula in new industries, new technologies, artificial intelligence, and software fields, as well as expand industry-academia cooperation.
Jang Yong-gyu, principal of Suwon Hightech High School, said, "Through this project, we will do our best to help students grow into future industry-tailored talents equipped with AI and software-based job competencies."
The Provincial Office of Education stated that it will actively support Suwon Hightech High School, the nation's top Meister high school, to successfully carry out the project and lay the foundation for a new leap forward. It also announced plans to further strengthen the competitiveness of Meister high schools to enhance students' employment capabilities.
