CrowdWorks, Selected by Gartner as an Emerging Specialist in AI Engineering

Global IT research firm Gartner introduced CrowdWorks as a notable artificial intelligence (AI) company in its guide report on 'Innovative Generative AI Technologies.'

CrowdWorks announced on the 1st that it was selected as an 'Emerging Specialist' in the generative AI engineering sector in Gartner's report on innovative generative AI technologies released on the 24th of last month.

Alongside CrowdWorks, U.S. software consulting company Sotworks and Nasdaq-listed company InnoData were also featured. Gartner's AI report categorizes the AI technology market into four detailed segments: ▲GenAI specialized cloud infrastructure ▲GenAI model providers ▲GenAI engineering ▲AI knowledge management and productivity enhancement.

GenAI engineering refers to the technologies and overall operations for applying generative AI in real business environments. CrowdWorks provides integrated AI implementation services covering a wide range from selecting various foundation models to advanced prompt design and fine-tuning.

CrowdWorks has been listed in Gartner reports for four consecutive years since 2022. For two consecutive years from 2022, it was recognized as a leading company in the 'data labeling and processing' field, and from 2024, it has been acknowledged as a generative AI technology company, expanding its business scope.
