Reduce Repetitive Tasks, Enhance Promotional Effectiveness
Masan Happo-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, held a 'Press Release Writing Training Using ChatGPT' at the district office's informatization training center for staff in charge of press releases from each department and those interested in the training.
Previously, in March, Masan Happo-gu established a team dedicated to press releases to maximize the promotional effectiveness of each department by supporting the review and revision of press release drafts and sharing exemplary press release cases.
This training was prepared to help staff utilize ChatGPT in their daily work, enabling them to write press releases more easily and quickly. Additionally, it aimed to reduce repetitive document tasks and further improve the quality of press releases.
The training focused on ▲effective prompt techniques for press release writing ▲methods for revising and supplementing ChatGPT responses ▲checking and editing methods for the headline, lead, and main body of the press release.
In particular, during the latter part of the training, participants engaged in a hands-on session where they wrote actual press releases using pre-prepared materials.
Park Dongjin, head of Masan Happo-gu Office, said, "The use of artificial intelligence tools enhances the efficiency of public work and leads to better administrative services. We will continue to incorporate various AI tools into administration to foster a high-performing public service culture and actively promote district policies."
