The festival kicks off with a genre combining traditional Korean music (gugak) and contemporary music. On the 12th, the stage will feature Seodo Band, a leading modern gugak group that blends gugak and pop to present traditional Korean sounds in a hip and attractive way, along with WeMU and Otium (Kim Yulhee x Seo Youngdo). On the 13th, Pirippu, Dullabam, and Takbonui Band will showcase their unique performances. On the 19th, Kim Taeyeon and Jo Uiseon, prodigies in pansori and trot music known for their outstanding vocal skills and emotion, along with Guiim, will perform. On the 20th, the band BANDO, representing a new landscape in Korean contemporary music, as well as Sido and the performance group Yeondance Company, will take the stage.

In addition to music performances, various side events offering experiences of traditional culture will be available. These include tastings of traditional liquors designated as Seoul City intangible cultural heritage, crafting of lacquerware frames and gemstone rings, and traditional cultural experiences for lively enjoyment.

The Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture has been operating Nodeul Island under public consignment since last year, and Nodeul Noeul Stage is a flagship program presented on Nodeul Island. This year, the foundation plans to increase the number of performances by 66% compared to last year, presenting 40 shows annually. Especially, performances will be concentrated in April and September, when the number of visitors to Nodeul Island is highest, showcasing everything from gugak, the origin of the Korean Wave, to K-pop and Korean original ballet.

Song Hyungjong, CEO of the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, said, "Nodeul Island is a cultural landmark in Seoul where nature and art harmonize. Through the diverse programs presented at Nodeul Noeul Stage, we aim to allow citizens and domestic and international tourists visiting Nodeul Island to fully experience art upon their visit, establishing Nodeul Island’s status as a global art island."
