Brand X Corporation Changes Company Name to 'Jeximix'

Brand X Corporation announced on the 1st that it will unify its company name under the activewear brand 'XEXYMIX'.

At the 8th regular shareholders' meeting held on the 31st, Brand X Corporation approved the agenda for the name change and began the process. This decision aims to convey the brand value more intuitively to customers and shareholders.

Until now, Brand X Corporation has operated in various sectors besides XEXYMIX. Since 2022, the company has set "global branding of XEXYMIX" as its mid- to long-term business goal, sequentially streamlining non-core businesses through selection and concentration, and actively strengthening its fashion capabilities.

XEXYMIX has diversified into new categories such as golf, kids, and running, and has been actively expanding overseas since last year. Currently, it has three subsidiaries in Japan, China, and Taiwan, and has opened about 20 official stores mainly in the Asian region. In September last year, to enhance XEXYMIX's competitiveness, the company shifted to a sole CEO system under Suyeon Lee.

A representative of Brand X Corporation said, "This name change is an opportunity to newly define the company's vision and mission," adding, "All employees will do their best to strengthen our identity as a specialized athleisure brand company and enhance competitiveness in the market."
