Na said, "The Democratic Party should no longer force unconstitutional legislation with unreasonable arguments and sophistry," and pointed out, "Extending the term of the Constitutional Court, which is clearly stated in the constitution, or the deemed appointment provisions that deprive the president of the appointment right are all clearly unconstitutional legislation."

Regarding the Constitutional Court's ruling, she emphasized, "This is a critical turning point that will determine not only a simple judgment but also the level of the rule of law in the Republic of Korea and the future of constitutional values," and added, "The Constitutional Court must correct the distorted rule of law and constitutional spirit even at this late stage."

She further urged the Constitutional Court to make a dismissal or rejection decision on President Yoon's impeachment trial, saying, "The Constitutional Court must correct the distorted rule of law and constitutional spirit even at this late stage," and "I expect the result of the Constitutional Court's ruling to elevate the principle of due process, which enhances the rights of our people, to a higher level."

Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court announced through a media release on the same day that "the ruling on President Yoon's impeachment case is scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. on the 4th in the Constitutional Court's grand bench." The court plans to allow live broadcasting by media outlets and public attendance.
