The Chonnam National University Global Education Institute announced on the 1st that it held an 'Overseas Dispatch Program Information Session' to provide practical know-how that can be immediately applied in real situations.
The session, held on the 26th of last month in Room 210 of the Liberal Arts Building at the Yeosu Campus, was attended by about 100 students, including freshmen.
At this information session, Choi Yunseok, a student from the Department of Mechanical Design Engineering who actually participated in the overseas dispatch program, served as the instructor.
Choi Yunseok emphasized, "Rather than following a formal template for dispatch reports or travelogues, you should include your own story," and added, "For living abroad, managing your health and conducting prior research on the country are essential, and above all, it is important to have strong English speaking and reading skills."
Jo Wonil, Director of the Global Education Institute, stated, "We plan to continue providing various programs to expand students' international experiences and enhance their language abilities."
