[Special Stock] Hansol PNS, 'Tender Offer and Delisting 추진', Rises for Second Day

HanSol PNS's stock price has been strong for the second consecutive day following the news of a tender offer. As of 10:04 AM on the 1st, HanSol PNS was trading at 1,883 KRW on the KOSPI market, up 325 KRW (20.86%) from the previous trading day. The day before, HanSol PNS also hit the upper price limit.

Recently, HanSol Holdings announced that it will tender offer all 11,052,677 shares of HanSol PNS stock (53.93% of the total issued shares) at 1,900 KRW per share by the 30th of this month. HanSol Holdings is the largest shareholder of HanSol PNS, holding 46.07% of its shares.


It is reported that through this tender offer, they plan to acquire all remaining publicly traded shares and apply for voluntary delisting. The closing price of HanSol PNS on the previous trading day (28th) was 1,199 KRW, making the tender offer price approximately 58% higher.


HanSol PNS operates businesses including the introduction of intelligent factory systems, cloud (computing resource rental) services and management, IT infrastructure construction, and distribution of paper products. Last year, its sales reached 313.6 billion KRW, a 0.63% increase compared to the previous year, and operating profit turned positive at 3.4 billion KRW after one year.
