“Preventing Financial Accidents and Unfair Practices Through Anonymous Reporting”
On the 31st, NongHyup Financial Group announced on the 1st that it has introduced the 'Red Whistle Helpline System,' an anonymous reporting channel, to strengthen internal controls and to prevent and detect financial accidents and unfair practices at an early stage.
The existing Red Whistle system, which was integrated and operated by NongHyup Central Association, has been independently established as a separate system to activate reporting and enhance confidentiality. This system thoroughly guarantees the anonymity of reporters through encryption of report contents and IP tracking prevention.
Lee Chan-woo, Chairman of NongHyup Financial Group, stated, "Anonymous reporting should not be limited to ethics and service only, but should also be actively operated for the prevention of financial accidents and process improvement, so that NongHyup Financial Group can be reborn as a trusted financial group by customers."
