KT announced on the 1st that it will offer promotional benefits for small business customers called 'Sosangongin Choice' and 'Genie TV Sajangnim Choice.'
Sosangongin Choice is a new benefit of the 5G Choice plan, providing customers who select Sosangongin Choice with up to free 'AI Phone' service until September 30. AI Phone combines a landline phone, AI call assistant, and 30 minutes of free calls.
The AI call assistant is a service where artificial intelligence (AI) answers calls coming into the store, providing information such as store closures or operating hours. Additionally, users can utilize features like call forwarding, call log checking, missed call memos, and text message sending.
Genie TV Sajangnim Choice combines an IPTV service with 269 broadcast channels and the 'Sajangnim TV Service.' By using the Sajangnim TV Service, the TV installed in the store can be used as promotional signage. Through this service, digital menus, promotions, event information, and more can be displayed on the store’s TV screen, with content creation support tailored to the business type provided by the Sajangnim TV Service dedicated center.
Genie TV Sajangnim Choice costs 25,300 KRW per month (based on a 3-year contract), and customers who subscribe by September 30 can use it at a discounted rate of 7,700 KRW per month.
KT expects that by offering new benefits and promotions to small business owners struggling due to the recent economic downturn, it will help reduce communication costs and support digital transformation.
Lee Hwan Kang, Executive Director of KT’s Small Business Division, said, "We plan to continue introducing various events and promotions that help reduce costs and increase sales for small business customers, as well as support efficient store promotion."
