Samsung Electronics will operate a dedicated air conditioner installation team starting from the 1st to prepare for the earlier-than-usual heatwave forecast. The dedicated team will be operated together with Samsung Electro-Mechanics. The start date has been moved up by about a month compared to last year. The team consists of 4,700 members and will operate until August.

The dedicated air conditioner installation team will receive training on basic mobile device settings such as Wi-Fi and router connection, hands-on practice connecting SmartThings and products, and setting key functions of air conditioner products. Through this, the company expects to provide customers with more professional installation services.

Starting today, Samsung Electronics is also running the "Mupung Mupa" promotion to celebrate the launch of the 2025 model "Bespoke AI Mupung Combo Gallery" air conditioner.

The "Bespoke AI Mupung Combo Gallery" air conditioner not only offers the Mupung (wind-free) function but also delicately senses and controls humidity. It is newly equipped with the "Comfort Dehumidification" function, which simultaneously enhances comfort and energy efficiency.

Samsung Electronics will provide customers who purchase the new "Bespoke AI Mupung Combo Gallery" air conditioner with cashback or Samsung Electronics membership points worth up to 500,000 KRW. Customers who replace their existing air conditioners will receive an additional benefit of up to 100,000 KRW. Also, all customers who purchase the "Bespoke AI Mupung Combo Gallery" air conditioner will receive one free professional disassembly cleaning service to help maintain optimal product condition.
