At Ungpo Gomgaenaru Auto Camping Site
The city of Iksan, North Jeolla Province, will hold the 8th Ungpo Cherry Blossom Festival at the Ungpo Gomgaenaru Auto Camping Site from April 4th to 6th.
According to the city on the 31st, the festival has been organized to offer a special springtime memory that can be enjoyed with loved ones.

This festival, hosted by the Ungpo-myeon Festival Promotion Committee (Chairperson Kim Jinhui), will feature an opening ceremony, a local singing contest, performances by invited singers, a food market, and booths selling local specialties.
Around Ungpo Gomgaenaru, there are famous spots to enjoy cherry blossoms such as the Geumgang Bicycle Path, Cherry Blossom Tunnel, and Hamra Mountain. The festival, held in harmony with nature, is expected to attract many spring visitors. In addition, a variety of programs with participation from local residents will offer even more to see and enjoy.
Kim Jinhui, Chairperson of the Festival Promotion Committee, said, "We will do our best to prepare a cherry blossom festival that will give visitors beautiful memories," and requested, "Please visit during less crowded times so you can safely enjoy the festival in Ungpo, which boasts a pristine natural environment, together with your loved ones."
