[Invest&Law] Robax Launches 'Construction and Real Estate Legal Center'

Law firm Robaex has launched the ‘LawVax Construction and Real Estate Legal Center,’ which provides specialized legal services related to construction and real estate development projects. The center is headed by Kim Ki-dong (Judicial Research and Training Institute class 21), the representative attorney of Robaex.

The ‘LawVax Construction and Real Estate Legal Center’ plans to offer services that manage legal risks arising throughout the entire process of real estate development projects, from the planning stage to post-completion. Recently, Robaex has handled numerous major real estate development cases, including internal audits related to real estate PF misconduct by mid-sized group executives, cases involving the collapse of regional housing association PFs, and legal advisory on trust-based reconstruction.

Center head Kim Ki-dong stated, “Recently, real estate development projects have become more diverse and unconventional, leading to frequent unexpected legal issues.
