Sacheon City Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeongnam announced on the 31st that a joint business agreement was signed in the corporation's main conference room to mark the 2025 'Year of Visiting Sacheon,' involving Sacheon Sea Cable Car, Aramaru Aquarium, and the shared mobility platform Socar.

This agreement was made to provide convenient transportation services for tourists visiting Sacheon, promote the city's major tourist attractions, attract more visitors, and revitalize the local economy.

According to the agreement, from March 28 to December 31, cable car and aquarium users who use Socar will receive a 3,000 KRW discount on cable car tickets and a 20% discount on aquarium admission. An integrated ticket that allows access to both facilities will offer a 2,000 KRW discount.

The corporation expects to create a synergy effect for revitalizing tourism in Sacheon, in conjunction with the 50% discount on Socar vehicle rentals signed with Sacheon City.

Meanwhile, Sacheon City, Sacheon Sea Cable Car, and Aramaru Aquarium plan to strengthen tourism marketing for the 2025 Year of Visiting Sacheon by posting online promotional banners announcing the discount benefits at 129 Socar Zones in Busan, Ulsan, and the Gyeongnam region.
