Chungnam Office of Education Holds Training for Regional Teacher Rights Protection Committee Members and Staff

Operational Strategies and Guidelines for Protecting Educational Activities

Chungnam Office of Education conducted a training session for local school authority protection committee members and staff on the 28th at the Asan Kamco Human Resources Development Center.

The Chungnam Provincial Office of Education conducted a training session for over 1,150 members and staff of the Regional Teachers' Rights Protection Committees from 14 education support offices in Chungnam on the afternoon of the 28th at the Asan Camco Human Resources Development Center.

This training was organized to enhance the expertise of the regional committee members and staff, who have been active for one year since the responsibility for teachers' rights protection was transferred from the School Teachers' Rights Protection Committee to the Regional Teachers' Rights Protection Committee on March 28, 2024.

The session included lectures and discussions on the new guidelines for protecting educational activities starting this year, as well as effective management strategies for the Teachers' Rights Protection Committees.

Song Myungsook, Director of the Teacher Personnel Division at the Provincial Office of Education, stated, "We will actively support the enhancement of work capabilities through various and in-depth training sessions for committee members, so that the deliberations of the Teachers' Rights Protection Committees can be conducted fairly and objectively."
