At the talk concert on the 29th, Lee Sang-mi, the author of "Please Wait for Us," a storybook about slow learners, will serve as the moderator. Four parents in their 20s and 30s of slow learner youth who have written their own memoirs will be invited to share their voices. They are the authors of "I am a mother raising a child with borderline intelligence," published on the 14th. The event will introduce the concerns and difficulties faced by slow learners during their school years amid social prejudice, as well as the process of overcoming challenges encountered in young adulthood.

Representative Kwon stated, "Slow learners, also called individuals with borderline intelligence, are already our neighbors," adding, "We will continue to take steps to address their blind spots by preparing small but practical support measures."
