for Provision of Home Visit Medical Services

Senior care specialist company Caring announced on the 28th that it has signed a business agreement with Yonsei Ryuma & Internal Medicine Clinic to provide home visit medical services and will actively establish an integrated healthcare model linking care and medical services.

Through this agreement, Caring plans to create an environment where elderly individuals with mobility difficulties can receive necessary medical services at home without visiting hospitals, organically connecting care and medical services to eliminate medical blind spots.

Caring and Yonsei Ryuma & Internal Medicine Clinic plan to participate in the pilot project for primary care home visit medical fees led by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. In particular, although the government provides free national vaccinations such as flu shots for seniors aged 65 and older, many elderly people who find it difficult to visit hospitals are unable to receive these benefits. Accordingly, Caring will support home vaccination through its home visit medical services.

Caring will collaborate with Yonsei Ryuma & Internal Medicine Clinic to connect professional medical services for elderly individuals using home care services who require medical attention, initially in some areas including Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. In the future, it plans to expand service areas by forming partnerships with various medical institutions nationwide.

Kim Taesung, CEO of Caring, said, “Caring will focus on building an integrated healthcare ecosystem where medical care and nursing are organically connected beyond care services,” adding, “We will enhance the quality of care through elderly-centered integrated care while continuously innovating services to support a healthy aging life.”
