Four Sectors Including Corporate Customer Finance, Regional Talents, and Discharged Officers
Special Recruitment for Veterans and ESG Co-Prosperity Also Available
KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 28th that it will hire 110 new employees in the first half of this year.
The recruitment areas include four sectors: UB (Corporate Customer Finance and Customer Asset Management), discharged officers, veterans, and ESG co-prosperity. The application period is until the 4th of next month, and applications can be submitted through the website. The selection process will proceed in the order of document screening, written test, first interview, and second interview. The final successful candidates will be announced in June.
KB Kookmin Bank plans to hire proactive talents with a challenging mindset and self-development capabilities. The bank will actively support new employees to grow into experts in various core fields such as corporate finance, asset management, capital markets, IB, and global sectors.
The UB sector recruits separately for corporate customer finance and customer asset management, as well as regional talents (six regions). In corporate customer finance and customer asset management, talents who can grow as Universal Bankers (UB) in various core fields will be selected. In the regional talent sector, outstanding talents will be selected to foster regional experts and strengthen on-site sales capabilities.
Following the second half of last year, recruitment of discharged officers will also be conducted. The bank plans to hire talents with leadership and responsibility. Additionally, special recruitment for veterans and recruitment in the ESG co-prosperity sector, which started in 2021, will be carried out. This recruitment includes various groups such as basic livelihood security recipients, children of multicultural families, North Korean defectors, and persons with disabilities, aiming to practice social responsibility management.
