The shared mobility service 'Weeble Biz,' launched in 2021, allows individuals, companies, and institutions to subscribe to vehicles and use them for work during business hours and for commuting or weekend leisure at other times. Kia Biz will operate the same service as before but has added hybrid models to the available subscription vehicles.


In particular, with this reorganization, Kia plans to provide a consistent brand experience across mobility services such as 'Kia Flex' and 'Kia Rent-a-Car,' completing Kia's mobility service system. Kia Flex is a monthly vehicle subscription service first introduced domestically in June 2019, and Kia Rent-a-Car is the only rental car service in Korea directly operated by a complete car manufacturer.


To commemorate the brand reorganization, Kia will conduct a joint promotion covering the three mobility services?'Kia Biz,' 'Kia Flex,' and 'Kia Rent-a-Car'?from April to June. Weekend passes for Kia Biz will be offered at a 30% discount, Kia Biz customers who newly subscribe to Kia Flex will receive a 50,000 KRW discount on the first month's subscription fee, and Kia Rent-a-Car customers who subscribe to Kia Flex will receive a 100,000 KRW discount on the first month's subscription fee.


Additionally, for Kia Rent-a-Car customers waiting for vehicle delivery, Kia Flex vehicles can be substituted during the waiting period at the same rate as the rental car contract fee without additional charges. Customers who have used electric vehicles through Kia Flex and newly contract with Kia Rent-a-Car will also receive a 300,000 KRW discount on the first month's rental fee.


A Kia representative stated, "This will be a turning point to further enhance customer trust within the Kia brand system," adding, "We will maximize synergy among domestic mobility services to provide innovative mobility experiences and lead the future mobility market."
