On Friday the 28th, very dry air will continue mainly in the eastern regions. Winds will blow strongly in most areas nationwide.
There will be rain until dawn along the southern coast of Gyeongnam and the Jeonnam area, and in Jeju until the morning. Due to the easterly winds, rain or snow may fall in the Gangwon mountain areas and the East Sea coast from dawn to afternoon, and rain may fall in the northeastern mountain areas of Gyeongbuk and the northern East Sea coast of Gyeongbuk. However, the expected precipitation amounts will be small, around 1mm in the northern East Sea coast and northeastern mountain areas of Gyeongbuk, and about 5mm in the Gangwon East Sea coast and mountain areas.
The morning low temperatures will drop by more than 10 degrees compared to the previous day, ranging from 0 to 10 degrees Celsius. The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to be between 9 and 15 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust concentrations will be at 'Good' to 'Moderate' levels across all regions. In Incheon, Gwangju, Chungnam, and Jeju, levels are expected to temporarily reach 'Unhealthy' in the morning.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore. Wave heights in the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East and West Seas, and 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
