Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 27th that it conducted a final safety inspection of the facilities at Goyang Sports Complex on the 26th to ensure a safe concert environment ahead of the 'G-Dragon World Tour' scheduled for the 29th and 30th.

On that day, a public-private joint inspection team was formed, including Goyang City's culture and safety management departments, safety advisory groups in rescue and electrical fields, and Ilsan Fire Station, to carry out the inspection.
In particular, the safety of stage structures and electrical equipment was thoroughly checked so that the audience could enjoy the performance with peace of mind. Additionally, rescue and first aid plans for emergency situations and securing movement routes to prepare for crowd congestion were re-inspected.
Immediate corrective actions were ordered for some issues identified during the inspection process, and concert officials were urged to pay attention to the structures and prevent crowd congestion accidents, ensuring that even minor details for the safety of the audience were not overlooked.
A Goyang Special City official stated, “We will do our best to make this concert not just a simple performance but a festival where everyone can enjoy together and return safely.”
