On the 8th, the first class was held as an orientation, introducing the professors and explaining academic affairs for the next four years. On the 15th, students participated in a field tour of the Opera House, a representative construction site in Busan, where they experienced the Opera House architecture and engaged in a Q&A session. An executive from an interior architecture company was invited to give a lecture on the current state and future directions of interior architecture.

On the 22nd, a successful alumnus was invited to give a special lecture. The students shared the success stories of a senior who earned a doctorate in Korean architectural history and is now teaching, and another who joined a CM company with over 1,000 employees as a new recruit and rose to the position of vice president. The event also provided an opportunity for juniors and seniors to bond and plan for the future.

Professor Lim Namgi said, "This is a very beneficial program that helps freshmen quickly adapt to university life and grow into future architects," and added, "We plan to tour Jungang-dong Lotte Tower, Sangji Architecture, Hau Engineering, EDC site, wind tunnel testing facility, and the Gaya Lotte mixed-use residential site."

On the 29th, students will visit Sangji Architecture and Jungang-dong Lotte Tower to gain hands-on experience with design information and high-rise architecture. On the 5th of next month, they will visit Hau Engineering for a session on supervision, CM, and a roundtable with a successful alumnus.

On the 12th, students will visit Eco Delta City to experience examples of new town development and apartment construction technology, followed by a special lecture on temporary construction by an alumnus. They will also visit the wind tunnel testing facility in Haman, where they will experience the effects of wind on the many high-rise buildings in Busan.

On the final day, April 19, students will visit the Gaya-dong Lotte mixed-use residential site for a special lecture on current and future safety inspections and shop drawings. They will also share the success story of an alumnus who graduated from the Department of Architectural Engineering and became the Air Force's first female engineering officer, currently serving as a lieutenant colonel, and participate in a field tour.
