In particular, the exclusive 84㎡A type showed the highest competition rate of 9.3 to 1.

According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's Subscription Home, during the first-priority subscription application held from the 25th to the 26th, 'Wonju Station Jungheung S-Class' received a total of 3,215 subscription applications for 359 units excluding special supply. A sales official stated, "Expectations for the improvement of the transportation network around Namwonju Station area, reasonable sale prices, and surrounding development prospects led to positive subscription results," adding, "It seems that the potential for future price increases was also highly valued by the demanders."

'Wonju Station Jungheung S-Class' is an apartment complex located in A-2 Block of Namwonju Station area, Musil-dong, Wonju City, consisting of 5 buildings from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 508 units. KTX Wonju Station is located near the complex, and the double-track railway between Yeoju and Wonju at Seowonju Station is scheduled to open in 2028.
