5km Family Walk, Food Trucks, and Experience Booths to Celebrate 20th Anniversary
Daejeon Transportation Corporation announced that it will hold the '2025 Gapcheon Station Spring Spring Spring' event on April 5 at Gapcheon Station and the Gapcheon riverside, allowing citizens to fully enjoy the beautiful spring at Gapcheon Station and Gapcheon.
This event, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the corporation's founding, is a spring festival that highlights the unique features of Gapcheon Station, which serves as the gateway to the corporation and is adjacent to Gapcheon. Various programs will be held for families and citizens to enjoy together.
The main event will be a 5km walking competition. The walk, which turns around at Mannyeon Bridge, will recruit the first 400 participants, and those who complete the course will receive drinks and popular snacks.
In the 'Enjoy Together Spring' family game zone, participants can collect stamps by experiencing various games in each area. Those who complete all the games will receive a 'Kkumdori' souvenir keyring.
In cooperation with local small businesses and community organizations near Gapcheon Station, a flea market and a variety of hands-on programs will also be offered. As part of efforts to promote local coexistence, the event venue will include an instant ramen booth, food trucks, and a photo booth for families to create spring memories together.
