[Photo] Inauguration Ceremony of Jo Sang-hyun as New COEX CEO

COEX has appointed Cho Sang-hyun, former head of the Korea International Trade Association's International Trade and Commerce Research Institute, as its new CEO in his 20s. At the inauguration ceremony held on the 27th at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, CEO Cho delivered his inaugural speech. Born in Busan, Cho graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Pusan National University, completed a master's program in Logistics Systems Engineering at Korea Maritime University, and earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Department of Trade at Pusan National University. He joined the Korea International Trade Association in 1990 and served as head of the Startup Global Support Office and director of the International Trade and Commerce Research Institute. His term is three years, until March 2028.
