Actress Kim Ji-won donated 50 million won. Kim Ji-won said, "I hope this can be of some help in the recovery from the wildfire damage," and added, "I sincerely hope the wildfire will be extinguished soon, the affected areas will recover quickly, and the lives of the disaster victims will be restored."
Kim Ji-woong, a member of the group ZEROBASEONE, donated 10 million won. According to his agency, Kim Ji-woong joined the donation effort with a wish to minimize the damage to those who lost their homes due to the sudden wildfire. Especially, hearing the news of the large-scale wildfire damage occurring near his birthplace, Pohang, he felt even more worried and saddened, and expressed his hope to be of some help.
