Existing golf insurance required entering the names and personal information of all accompanying players besides the policyholder to subscribe. Accompanying players refer to those playing alongside the caddie and insured person at the golf course. With One Team Golf Insurance, only the subscriber’s information needs to be entered, and the accompanying players are automatically covered anonymously. Therefore, even if the accompanying players change each time during golf rounds, one can easily subscribe using only their own information without any separate changes. By applying team-based rates for the first time in the industry, all accompanying players are covered at the same premium regardless of the number of players in the round.
One Team Golf Insurance covers the liability of both the subscriber and accompanying players within the team, as well as up to 2 million KRW in case of a hole-in-one. It also provides broad coverage for the subscriber’s personal injury accidents. Seasonal subscriptions ranging from 1 month to 12 months are available, enhancing convenience for golfers who frequently enjoy rounds.
Since introducing the industry’s first ‘Overseas Travel Insurance Gifting’ service in November last year, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance has continuously expanded its insurance gifting services. This One Team Golf Insurance can also be easily gifted via mobile.
