[2025 Asset Disclosure] Kim Munsu, Minister of Employment, Reports 1.07 Billion KRW Increase in Deposits and Securities

Kim Moon-soo, Minister of Employment and Labor, reported assets totaling 1,070,620,000 KRW, an increase of about 30 million KRW due to growth in deposits and securities.

According to the 2025 high-ranking public officials' asset changes disclosed by the Government Ethics Committee on the 27th, Minister Kim's asset size stood at 1,070,620,000 KRW, up 30.2 million KRW from the previous year.

Minister Kim owns an apartment in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, valued at 480 million KRW and a car worth 23.02 million KRW, both under his spouse's name. He holds 20 million KRW in cash, including 5 million KRW personally and 15 million KRW from his spouse. These asset amounts remain unchanged from the previous year.

Due to salary savings and reinvestment of matured deposits, the deposit amount increased to 82.27 million KRW for himself and 458.37 million KRW for his spouse. Securities slightly increased due to valuation changes, with 5.22 million KRW held by himself and 1.74 million KRW by his spouse.

Kim Min-seok, Vice Minister of Employment and Labor, reported assets totaling 1,769,420,000 KRW, an increase of 76.43 million KRW. Buildings owned by himself and his spouse accounted for the majority of assets at 1,776 million KRW.

He owns a car valued at 15.22 million KRW, and deposits owned by himself, his spouse, eldest son, and eldest daughter totaled 64.61 million KRW. Securities held by himself, his spouse, and eldest daughter amounted to 36.46 million KRW, and his spouse holds bonds worth 290 million KRW. However, due to debts of 900 million KRW from financial and building rentals, his total asset size decreased.
