"All Ministries and Local Governments to Make Full Efforts in Wildfire Suppression"

The Presidential Office announced on the 26th that all employees of the Presidential Office and the Security Office will conduct a fundraising campaign to overcome the national disaster caused by the wildfires.

A representative of the Presidential Office stated, "The collected donations will be delivered to the National Disaster Relief Association," and added, "Starting with the Presidential Office, it is expected that fundraising efforts will spread to various government ministries."

The Presidential Office said, "All ministries·local governments will make every effort to extinguish the wildfires," and urged careful support for the families who lost loved ones and the victims affected by the wildfire damage.

They also emphasized, "We must ensure thorough safety protection for those fighting the wildfires, including the wildfire suppression teams and public officials."
