Free Six-Subject Classes for Adult Learners
in Preparation for the August Exam
Gwangju Office of Education's Kumho Lifelong Education Center announced on the 26th that it is recruiting students for the "2nd High School Equivalency Exam Preparation Class," which will be operated starting in April.
This course is designed for 15 adults who have not obtained a high school diploma, in preparation for the "2025 Second High School Equivalency Exam" scheduled for August. Six subjects will be offered: Korean, Mathematics, English, Social Studies, Science, and Korean History. Each subject will be held once a week for a total of 13 sessions. There is no tuition fee.
The "High School Equivalency Exam Preparation Class" is part of the Gwangju Youth School project, established to provide adults and seniors with opportunities to obtain academic qualifications. Applications can be submitted online from April 8 to 18 after registering as a member on the Kumho Lifelong Education Center website.
