Kumho Construction Attracts Over 3,500 Applicants for First Half New Graduate Recruitment... Record High Applications

Kumho Construction has launched recruitment for new employees in the first half of this year, attracting the highest number of applicants ever.


On the 26th, Kumho Construction announced that a total of about 3,500 people applied for the new employee document screening. This is the largest number of applicants since Kumho Construction began recruiting new employees.

The average competition rate across 13 fields recorded over 100 to 1. The application fields are divided into sales, housing development, architectural construction, mechanical construction, electrical construction, civil engineering construction, environment, HRM, HRD, public sales, finance, PR & IR, and safety management.


Kumho Construction decided to hire a large number of new employees to strengthen the competitiveness of its residential brand ‘ARTERA’ and to achieve sustainable growth. Along with new employees, recruitment of experienced professionals was also conducted. The recruitment positions cover a total of five fields: BI (Brand Identity), plant architectural construction, IT system operation, safety management, and research and development (soil and ground field).


Kumho Construction selects final successful candidates through document screening, aptitude tests, and interviews with practical staff and management. Applicants who pass the document screening and aptitude tests will undergo interview screening starting next month.


A Kumho Construction official stated, "Despite the difficult environment since the end of last year, Kumho Construction has achieved good performance and is solidifying its foundation this year as well," adding, "We aim to select talented individuals in various job categories to prepare for the future."
