With the goal of delivering joy, the group has been highly praised by the community for offering interactive performances where performers and participants communicate together, based on content such as traditional play, laughter therapy, and magic that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

This volunteer activity was planned as part of an effort to provide both enjoyment and health benefits to the seniors. The volunteer group members who visited Chilseong Senior Nursing Home presented performances consisting of silver gymnastics and trot songs, adding vitality to the daily lives of the seniors.

In particular, the silver gymnastics program was composed of customized movements tailored to the physical abilities of the seniors, allowing participants to enjoy it easily without strain. The program focuses on improving joint flexibility and strengthening muscles, so it is expected to provide real benefits to the daily lives of the seniors by combining fun with health improvement.

Choi Wangguk, head of the Gwangyang Steelworks Traditional Play Culture Talent Volunteer Group, said, "I feel a great sense of reward when I see the seniors regain their energy by moving their bodies through gymnastics," and added, "We will continue to interact with the seniors and strive to be a volunteer group that brings them health and happiness."

A representative from Chilseong Senior Nursing Home said, "We are grateful to the Gwangyang Steelworks Traditional Play Culture Talent Volunteer Group, who have been regularly visiting our nursing home since 2023 to bring happiness to the seniors."
