A Communication Channel for System Improvement and Product and Service Development
KB Kookmin Card announced on the 25th that it is recruiting 'Easy Talkers,' a communication channel with customers. Easy Talkers is a customer panel system that strengthens consumer protection. It listens to customer opinions on financial consumer protection, requests for system improvements, ideas for product and service development, and more.
Customers who wish to participate can apply by the 2nd of next month. After screening during the next month, about 15 offline customer panel members will be selected. Additionally, 500 specialized online customer panel members for surveys will be chosen.
Selected panel members will participate in activities such as proposing improvement ideas for KB Kookmin Card until the end of the year, engaging in online communities, and attending regular meetings.
They will have the opportunity to directly present service innovation ideas and participate in the process of resolving inconveniences.
KB Kookmin Card has been implementing the customer panel system to gather opinions from various customer groups regarding card benefits, payment systems, and service improvements.
