Submissions Accepted In Person at County and Town Offices or Online
Taean County, Chungnam, is accepting opinions from homeowners and other interested parties regarding the individual and collective housing prices as of January 1 this year. The submission period is until April 2 for collective housing and April 9 for individual housing.
According to the county on the 25th, both the individual and collective housing prices are based on January 1 of this year. The public notice covers 13,621 individual houses and 11,382 collective housing units (apartments, row houses, and multi-family houses).
The announced prices can be checked by visiting the Assessment Team of the Finance Division at the county office or the local town office in person, or by accessing the Real Estate Public Price Notification website.
Owners and interested parties with opinions can visit the Assessment Team of the Finance Division at the county office or the local town office, submit by mail, or use the Real Estate Public Price Notification website to submit their opinions.
For submitted opinions, the county will re-examine the characteristics of the housing and check whether the prices of standard houses and neighboring houses are balanced before notifying the applicant of the results.
A county official stated, "The announced individual and collective housing prices are used as basic data for calculating national and local taxes as well as various charges. We hope many people will check the announced prices and submit their opinions within the designated period."
