Draft Proposal Assistant ‘G Team Leader’ Utilizing Customized ChatGPT Functions
Enhancing Gwangjin-gu’s Administrative Planning Skills with Q&A Format for Improved Completeness
Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) has introduced the ‘Good Friend G Team Leader,’ a draft proposal writing service utilizing customized ChatGPT functions, into its administrative work.
‘Good Friend G Team Leader’ applies GPTS, a customized version of ChatGPT, to assist in drafting proposals. This initiative aims to reduce the time employees spend on writing proposals and to open new possibilities for smart administration by integrating artificial intelligence technology.
The service continuously learns Gwangjin-gu’s administrative planning capabilities. Based on the project overview entered by the staff, ChatGPT provides questions and options, drafting the proposal in a Q&A format. Through ongoing interactions, the completeness of the proposal is enhanced.
The district expects effects such as ▲increased work efficiency ▲supplementing planning capabilities of new employees ▲improvement of administrative services through this pilot operation. Additionally, it plans to expand the service to various fields by continuously analyzing practical cases.
Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, stated, “G Team Leader is a key tool for strengthening Gwangjin-gu’s smart administrative capabilities. This pilot operation will serve as a testing ground to efficiently support employees’ planning tasks and to understand how applicable it is in administration.” He added, “We will continue to actively introduce various AI technologies to build advanced smart administration and provide high-quality administrative services to residents.”
The district is committed to creating a smart administrative environment through AI training to enhance employee capabilities, AI and big data contests, the introduction of work automation systems, and support for generative AI subscription fees.
