DB Financial Investment Holds Regular Shareholders' Meeting... DB Securities Name Change Proposal Approved

DB Financial Investment (CEO Kwak Bong-seok) held the 43rd regular general shareholders' meeting at its Yeouido headquarters on the 25th and announced that all agenda items, including partial amendments to the articles of incorporation for changing the company name to DB Securities, were approved as originally proposed.


At the shareholders' meeting held that day, the following items were passed: ▲ Approval of the 43rd financial statements, ▲ Partial amendments to the articles of incorporation, and ▲ Approval of the director remuneration limit. The cash dividend is set at 400 KRW per share, with the record date on the 31st of this month.


CEO Kwak Bong-seok stated, "Last September, we were the first among small and medium-sized securities firms to announce a corporate value enhancement plan and have been diligently implementing it, attracting market attention. Although the management environment this year is also expected to remain uncertain, we plan to focus on expanding our customer base, thorough risk management and internal controls, and sincerely promoting the corporate value enhancement plan with the goal of sustainable growth centered on our customers."
