Flex launches 'Flex Mini', a mobile HR management app optimized for SOHO business owners and small store operators
Flex, a provider of an all-in-one HR platform for enterprises, announced on the 25th the launch of the beta service for its store employee management application, ‘Flex Mini’.
Flex Mini is a mobile app optimized for small-scale, store-based businesses. It targets SOHO (Small Office Home Office) workers such as those in various food service industries, retail, and service sectors. While the existing Flex service for enterprises supports PC and mobile platforms optimized for office workers, Flex Mini incorporates all functions into mobile to suit the store employee environment.
Key features include ▲employee personnel information management ▲work schedule management ▲GPS-based clock-in/out records ▲real-time work status monitoring ▲automatic payroll calculation. Since employee management in SOHO stores often relies on inaccurate and inefficient manual records, using Flex Mini can save time and resources.
Additionally, it guides users to legally establish labor contracts in accordance with the latest laws and regulations, and automatically calculates payroll based on such personnel information and accurate GPS-based attendance records. The Flex Mini beta version is available for free to everyone. Flex plans to quickly enhance the service by reflecting user feedback and add major existing Flex features such as electronic labor contracts to launch the official service in the second half of the year.
Jang Haenam, CEO of Flex, said, “Many employers and workers are in the blind spots of automated and efficient HR management systems,” adding, “Through Flex Mini, which covers various employment types and working environments, we will take a step closer to Flex’s mission of becoming an essential resource for 22 million workers in Korea.”
